The menu was a "greatest hits" collection of dishes served since the restaurant's opening. This was Chef Humm's best tasting menu yet—every single dish was a highlight. The restaurant will be closed for the summer for extensive renovation, and the current menu serves as a strong, final look back at the past thirteen years of service.
