Café Altro Paradiso
Photos from dinner on March 7, 2016 at New York's newly opened Café Altro Paradiso by chef/co-owner Ignacio Mattos. Dishes are inspired by the cuisine of various regions of Italy.
Take note of the calf's liver with onions and polenta--the highlight dish of the meal: rich, creamy, lightly-seared calf's liver with sweet caramelized onions and a splash of aged vinegar.
